@DaveGoulson Seeing more butterflies than ever in Oregon wilderness areas. Seeing hardly any in urban and suburban areas where people are convinced that planting zinnias is the answer.

On the last day of #NoMowMay my ‘lawn’ is full of tiny frogs. Please, if you’re going to mow tomorrow check the grass thoroughly for wildlife. Or better still don’t mow at all 🤞🏼 🐛🐸🦔🦎🐞
