Weird that I still remember my last desk line number from my job 10 years ago! Must have repeated it a lot in voicemails and to people. It's my go to number to fill out when I fill out random forms.

Last season, DeAndre Hopkins' target share plummeted by ~10 percentage points and he missed 8 games. Then ARZ added a whole bunch of mouths to feed. Now he's suspended 6 games. In June, he turns 30.

@thrillyb Also also - our real estate tax estimates tend to fluctuate a lot, which then causes our escrow balance to get super low which then causes the monthly payment to go up after a letter from the mortgage company. I guess that’s the trap to watch for.

@thrillyb If I recall, they are legally only allowed to hold a certain amount, maybe based on a percentage of the mortgage or something. Happened to us after our first year because the escrow deposit to get the mortgage was higher than they were allowed to hold to begin with.
