Rob admitted the Lakers will never tank & build through the draft, SO Why don’t we circumvent the salary cap?? If the punishment is only loss of draft picks, $7.5 million fine, or potential voiding of contracts, it seems like it’s worth a shot. @VeniceMase @LAIreland @EmilyHybl
