I literally hung up on my mom (on accident) as this play happened. Called her back like “sorry, watching football” and then immediately busted out laughing when it cut to Sean McVays face. She said “are you busy?” I mean, kind of! 😂

Funny update on this: the guy with whiskey shots at mile 5 ended up being my boss for a short (but amazing!) time a couple of years ago. I look forward to mile 5 even more every year now!

Shoutout to the guy with whiskey shots at mile 5, the woman who picked me up off the ground at mile 24 when I cramped, the volunteers with copious amounts of biofreeze throughout the race, and all the other strangers who helped me reach the finish. Humans can be really neat.

2022 vs 2023! Last year I decided to start moving my body more, largely in an attempt to improve my mental wellbeing, and to test the physical limits of my body. I ran two full marathons, improved my mobility and flexibility, got stronger, and gained confidence. More to come 👏🏻
