We love Philly and want to play a key role in the revitalization of Center City. 2.) It’s going to take private investment to get the job done. This is not up for debate. 3.) This city can and will sustain two arenas. The data backs it up. 4.) The private funding and financing plan for 76 Place defies the trends of other arena and stadium development proposals across the country. This article lays it all out for you. 5.)
