Just saw the worst service on UA2114—witnessed a tall male flight attendant refuse to help a woman lift her bag after she said she'd had double mastectomy surgery. He snapped that's not my job then blared over the mic: you packed it, you lift it. Heartless. @United @UA2114

Dangerous situation at Dallas Love Field departures. Traffic officers standing in moving lanes at night in near-invisible vests. One stepped in front of my van & waved me forward. 22-sec dashcam proof attached. Please fix this before someone gets killed!

This isn’t the first time. I’ve asked before why they stand in the road when traffic is light — was told “a supervisor makes them.” Guards blend into the pavement, yell at drivers to pull out when it’s clearly not safe, and step directly in front of moving vehicles.
