The parents of Alex Pretti say their son quit his hospital job months ago and had shown “unusual behavior” recently. “He seemed to have joined some kind of group. We warned him two weeks ago — protest if you want, but don’t engage, don’t do anything stupid,” his father, Michael Pretti, told reporters. “He said he understood.” But it wasn’t until police pulled messages from Alex’s phone that the truth began to emerge — and what investigators found. It seems that Pretti's parents didn't want him participating. It seems Pretti allegedly scrubbed his social media presence one day prior to his actions leading to his death. When you make decisions based on emotions, you make poor decisions. He made bad decisions. I’m a 2A absolutist. You have a right to carry, not a privilege. But rights come with restrictions, you need your ID & permit on you. Reports say Pretti had neither. He wasn’t carrying legally.

I told the White House the state must lead the investigation. Let state investigators secure justice. As we process the scene, stay peaceful and give them space. The State has the personnel to keep people safe – federal agents must not obstruct our ability to do so.

I am sick and tired of seeing Renee Good's name and face dominating my feed. She was not innocent. But these four young women were innocent victims whose lives were brutally taken. All four were murdered by illegal immigrants. Yet the mainstream media barely covered their stories. No wall-to-wall coverage. No daily protests. No marches from the left. They've been largely forgotten, but I refuse to let that happen. I'm calling on you to honor them, remember them, and keep their names alive, instead of Renee Good. Rachel Morin, 37, a devoted mom of five, raped, beaten, and murdered while jogging on a trail in Maryland. Jocelyn Nungaray, just 12 years old, sexually assaulted and strangled in Houston. Laken Riley, 22, an Augusta University nursing student, attacked and killed while out for a run on campus in Georgia. Dacara Thompson, 19, strangled and murdered, her body dumped along a Maryland highway. These American women and girls deserved better. Their stories deserve to be told. Their memories deserve justice. Let's make sure they're never forgotten. SAY THEIR NAMES.
