However, many videos now appear missing or set to Private. Could you confirm if this is a propagation delay or if they were permanently removed? Thanks!

Hi there, we understand that this is important to you. Since your channel was just reinstated, it might take 24 - 48 hours for all your videos to reappear (this is just a normal part of the reinstatement!).
