@HeavensHero It's sort of cautionary. When you do the other routes, it really shows you why this is the bad ending. It's important for any relationship to not just be about each other. Love is great, being cute and flirty is nice too, but so is the world outside of the couple don't neglect it

This bad end specifically conveys something I can't put my finger on but it's exactly that, thats making me feel uncomfortable.

I felt awfully uncomfortable knowing fully I fucked up through and through 💀 I thought bad ends were gonna be some comedic bs not this 💀 They built up that shit like you keep sinking deeper and deeper while the game gives you opportunities to drift away from it.

@KOGG__ It's kinda unique that in a romance story, where the characters are young and super cutesy, head over heels. That the moral is to set boundaries and not always be so lovey dovey

What I loved the most about Arcana's arc in 2x2 Love is that they added extra layers of depth to her character Arcana is the guardian of the Forbidden Library in the Ark. She carries the weight of forbidden secrets, and her memory gets periodically erased for security reasons In short, it's an eternal life of 'being useful' without ever being allowed to truly be herself, which is something we already saw in her first event a few months back, where she's condemned to preserve the Ark's history while her own freedom is denied That's exactly why she throws herself so deeply into the roleplay in this event. The moment she crosses the institute's gates, she stops being 'Arcana, the archivist of the FL' and becomes just a normal student at the peak of her youth The event is her perfect escape: even if it's temporary, she can finally be free, fall in love without filters, and break every chain the Ark has put on her In the Teacher x Arcana route it gets even more intense... and kind of sad at the same time. It's Arcana's way of claiming something forbidden, of feeling truly alive and desired, even if only for a few moments. But thanks to the Commander, she lived to her heart's content Moments like these are what make me truly appreciate Nikke as a story
