If I had to scale from $2k/month to $10k/month in 30 days, running tiktok slideshows, here's exactly what i would do in 20 steps:
Days 1-3: Fix the infrastructure first
1. Audit all ur current accounts — kill any w under 500 avg views per post
2. Buy 15 aged tiktok accounts
3. Get on residential proxies if ur not already (datacenter = death)
4. Split accounts across devices at max 3 per phone
5. Build a tracking spreadsheet for every post, angle, account, view count
Days 4-10: Find the winning angle
6. Screenshot 50 viral slideshows in ur niche from fresh research account
7. Claude generates 4 hook frameworks × 20 variations = 80 hooks to test
8. Post 5 angles × 5 accounts = 25 test posts across 3 days
9. Kill any angle w under 5k avg views on all 5 tests
10. Scale the top 1-2 winners across all 15 accounts
Days 11-20: Maximize the winners
11. Generate 50 variations of each winner — different gemini-edited images
12. Post ur winning angles 3x per account daily (45 posts/day at 15 accounts)
13. VAs seed 5-10 comments per post in the first 15 min
14. Any post hitting 10k views in hour 1 = immediate multi-account rollout
15. Kill weak angles to free up posting slots for winners
Days 21-30: Systematize + compound
16. Hire 3 VAs to find winning creatives and to warmup and post for you
17. Build a second funnelish landing page, A/B test vs original
18. Rotate in a second offer so u have backup if one gets pulled
19. Document everything into SOPs — u wanna remove urself from execution
20. Month 2 goal: $15-20k w u only working 1 hr/day on strategy, not posting
The math:
> 45 posts/day × 30 days = 1,350 slideshows
> 8% viral hit rate (up from 5-6% bc scaling proven winners) = ~108 viral posts
> Avg viral = 500k views × 1.5% CTR × $0.50 EPC = ~$3,750 per viral
Thats the mathematical ceiling. realistic month 2: $10-20k, most ppl won't even hit that bc they get lazy once money starts coming in.
Most ppl quit at $2k/mo thinking theyve "made it." the gap to $10k is just system + volume + patience.
