Every morning at 5AM, I'd borrow my brother's laptop.
Open Amazon KDP.
Check for sales.
Usually: $0.
But one morning:
3 sales
$28 total
I ran through the house yelling.
My family thought I was crazy.
But I wasn't celebrating money.
I was celebrating proof.

simplicity is a best measure of understand level
complexity and complication just tell how little you know for certain about the stuff
greater educator and builders simplify
most courses fail before they're even recorded
not because the content sucks but because the creator never asked the one question that matters: "what transformation am i selling?"
you think people buy courses to learn
they don't
they buy courses to BECOME
but most creators are out here building glorified wikipedia pages with modules, lessons and fuckin quizzes like it's 2012
you spend 3 months recording everything you know
organizing it into neat little sections like you're building a curriculum for harvard
polishing slides, editing videos and making everything look "professional"
then you launch it and crickets
because you built a reference library when people wanted a vehicle
they don't want 47 videos on "foundational principles"
they want the exact 3 moves that take them from broke to profitable
from confused to confident
from stuck to moving
the courses that print money don't teach MORE
they teach LESS but with surgical precision
they isolate the ONE breakthrough that changes everything and build the entire experience around that single shift
bad courses = "here's everything i know about X"
good courses = "here's the exact system i used to go from A to B in 90 days"
the difference is SPECIFICITY
when you try to teach everything you teach nothing because the student drowns in options and never takes action
but when you isolate one clear path with one clear outcome suddenly implementation becomes obvious
another thing most creators fuck up is they design courses for themselves not for the buyer
you already understand the topic so you start at level 5 when your audience is at level 1
you assume context they don't have
skip steps that feel obvious to you but are invisible to them
and wonder why completion rates are 8%
your course isn't failing because of the platform or the price point or the marketing
it's failing because you never defined who you're transforming and into what
so before you record one second of content ask yourself:
- who is this person on day 1?
- who are they on day 90?
- what's the ONE shift that makes that possible?
then build everything around that
because courses don't fail from bad content
they fail from unclear promises
@quietly_rich most creator still think about coming with original and never seen products
but few creators are making 100k selling same product everyone is selling
what you need to do is to make few improvement to make product more better
its not rocket science guys
most people think they need to build something new to make more money.
wrong.
there are "saturated" offers printing six figures every month - they win because they sell the same thing from a different angle.
try this:
- reposition the offer
- shift the target customer
- rewrite the narrative around it
same product. new frame. more money.
the market isn’t bored of your offer
it’s bored of how you present it.
you don’t need more products. you need better angles.
@DCinfoscaling imperfect action
is
best
than
perfection inaction
but still most creator wait untill they figure out everything which is impossible
perfection is the process guys not end result
start with what you have in hand
log off bro.
trust me. if you’re just starting out, all that mental masturbation on here to feel productive won’t help.
you already have enough information to start out. people with far less knowledge than you have done 10x more and succeeded.
control the mind.
@AlexHormozi 100% correct alex
-the only failure is when you fail to try
-same apply in sales,relatioship,life etc
-you must try untill the end
Failing is not an option
