Just because BJP wants Tamil Nadu to learn Hindi, the entire CBSE student community is now being pushed towards a compulsory 3-language system. Never seen such desperation to force a language on a state.

Being a Muslim, I appeal to the Muslims of India that all the illegal disputed mosques built on the temples should be handed over to the Hindus with a big heart and these disputes should be ended at the root. Am I wrong or right?

@najam_ali Its not their fault. islam segragates entire world into muslim non muslims binaries. Either you have brought Imaan or you are a Kaffir. There is no inbetween. Thats why Ummah supporters find it difficult to digest Iran visits and UAE friendship with India.

I have seen unnecessary criticism from some Pakistanis over the Iranian Foreign Minister reinforcing ties with India during his Delhi visit. Let me ask a simple question: Does Pakistan not maintain strong relations with both the United States and Iran today, two countries openly in conflict with each other? That is not hypocrisy. That is diplomacy to preserve self interest. Nations do not conduct foreign policy through emotions or social media outrage. They do it through interests. Iran understands that despite serious disagreements with India’s regional policies, maintaining relations with a major economic and regional power still serves its long-term interests. This is how mature states behave. I am genuinely surprised how many people still view geopolitics through a shallow “with us or against us” mindset. The world does not work that way. Successful nations pursue their interests ruthlessly, while keeping channels open with everyone.

@svembu Most people dont realise that, To Cast Vote is not only our right but also our duty. Duty to elect better governance. This is the duty towards our kids to provide them better future. So we must engange in politics, not for power, not for entertainment, but for better future.

In Tamil Nadu, the BJP being in power at the centre has been used by essentially all the parties to demonize them. The DMK made "attack Modi" as their only plank. EdappadiDMK (that is the correct name) would have done the same thing if the Congress had switched over to them. In Tamil, we call this பூச்சாண்டி காட்டுதல் - like my grandmother would tell me as a kid "that tree next to the pond has a ghost that will catch you, so don't go near it" to keep me away from swimming in the pond! Modi is their favorite பூச்சாண்டி. So when someone parrots the line "we want to keep the BJP out of Tamil Nadu", they are saying "we don't want competition for our cozy duopoly", not some deep principle. The BJP has been in alliance in AP and Pondicherry and those states are doing fine, they are making excellent progress. Yet TN is supposedly "different". The "difference" was the BJP getting into alliance with these same parties (EDMK or DMK) that want to openly or secretly suppress them in TN. What is the way ahead? Find good youthful passionate leadership that are willing to fight the good fight long term. Focus on building up the party from the grassroots. Ignore all the பூச்சாண்டி business. Do not align with anyone who claims "TN is different". TN is Bharat. We have to fight this subterranean separatism. Annamalai was making progress but he needed a lot more time. He was creating a genuine political movement, he invited youth to be active in politics and he had massive engagement. I would have volunteered for this assignment too (I love building up from zero!) but I am neck deep in tech and Bharat needs deep tech. So not in this life time. To be very clear, I will state my political views (my right to free speech) but I will not be in active politics. I hope all our educated citizens do engage in this political debate and express their opinions, but let us all do it RESPECTFULLY.

@svembu @TVKVijayHQ Yes. As any objective person would conclude. TVK got mandate of people. Either they should form the govt or freqsh election are done.

Let me state these clearly. I believe the @TVKVijayHQ won a clear mandate and should form the government. Anything else is against the will of the people. If the arithmetic in the assembly does not work, instead of endless horse trading, fresh polls are the best and I believe TVK will win a super majority. So it is in the interest of other parties to avoid fresh polls because they are likely to lose seats to TVK. I don't say all these as a TVK supporter. I say these as someone who loves Tamil Nadu and Bharat. My personal political preferences are irrelevant here. I remain a strong proud nationalist. It is the strength of our nation that a new party won so much support. I hope a good solution is found soon and TVK forms the government, as that is the will of the people🙏
