An update on this. Arun offered compensation for the work he used, which I appreciate, but ultimately was not my goal.
We agreed to pick a charity each to split that money between.
I was overly belligerent here. I have to deal with people taking and profiting off our work on a daily basis. I expect it with smaller newer channels, but when it's a channel larger and more profitable than our own, I get frustrated. More than I need to.
Arun was nothing but pleasant even in the face of my aggression. Happy to bury the hatchet and put some money towards worthy causes instead.

Last time MrWhoseTheBoss used our animations without permission I dmed him in a discord we are both in, then I emailed him an invoice, and as a last resort I hit it with a copyright claim. At which point he dmed me begging me to remove it, while blaming his staff without offering to compensate me for the work he stole. He did it again, and blamed his staff again. MrWhoseAShitBoss. This time I will just go straight to copyright claim. You are a multi-millionaire dude. You can afford to pay for some basic animations. Go review a prison ya freak

Hey man! We’re really sorry about this but I don’t think this is fair.
1. For starters, this is a genuine accident, and I took full accountability for this mistake in our messages as you can see
2. I never said I wouldn’t compensate you and specifically asked what you would want both times this has happened
3. I already mentioned this to you privately but I didn’t see a message on discord and I didn’t receive an email invoice from you. This is why I messaged you on twitter to ask what you wanted, to which you didn’t say. We still cannot find this supposed email
