It’s been an exciting journey to get to this point. As we are planning our Nasdaq listing, we’re thrilled to share some of our recent achievements. Here are the highlights: • Our state-of-the-art cadaver lab performed over 60 simulated surgeries and improved our registration and bone prep time to under 6 minutes (our competitors take over 22 minutes). • Our founder Dr. Doug Unis performed a live surgical demo on a cadaver using our robotic surgical system… from his computer 1,700 miles away. • Our tech was featured on Now You Know and Not Your Everyday Ortho, reaching over 750,000 combined subscribers. • We’ve secured our Nasdaq ticker. We plan to list our stock on the Nasdaq under MGRM. • We’ve held our FDA pre-submission meeting, where we received valuable feedback, so we’re confident about our next steps.

We believe getting to the phase we demonstrate below is a tremendous technical achievement. We can now demonstrate tracking a femur and tibia in a cadaveric specimen in real-time with no markers. We will aggressively push to continue refinements and test integrations into our robotic cutting workflow. A workflow that could go from incision straight to soft-tissue assessment followed by high-efficiency cutting could help unlock additional efficiency and hopefully drive incremental robotic adoption. We believe a markerless tracking paradigm may be the future of surgical robotics...
