Aang, although a tragic character, is less interesting than Korra due to the fact that his arc is about his physical and spiritual training and Korra’s is about her mind. The mind to me is infinitely more interesting.

I kinda like the idea that Aang was kinda a bad dad, but there's a difference between well meaning but flawed and utterly neglectful. Tenzin being Aang's favorite, sure. Aang taking him and him alone all around the world is insane lol

the thing with tlok is, A LOT of it is actually really badly written, the gaang is mischaracterized and the raava retcon is horrible, but it’s hard to talk about because of the misogynistic people who hate the show simply because of korra herself.
