Bought a sweater on 03/02/2026 from Dibrugarh store (Invoice No. 3536025101572). Within just 2–4 wears, heavy pilling developed. Store refused support saying “no guarantee of pilling.”

@montecarlostyle Owned it for 24 yrs. I did wear it for I guess 18 yrs and then it got its life over and perfume spray faded its color and wrong detergent ruined it. also I grew big as well. Do you still or can make the same color fabric pattern L size or if makes then if can share the link?

Order dated 5 Feb (2 items). Only 1 delivered. The second is shown as “delivered.” despite not being received.
Transparency shouldn’t be this difficult from a 'trustable brand'.

What is most disappointing is the lack of transparency and accountability from a brand that markets itself as 'trustworthy'.
Awaiting resolution before escalating through formal consumer grievance channels.

Email responses have been dismissive in tone and offered no meaningful assistance or resolution.

I cancelled one of the item of order #MC10788912 5 days ago, but the pickup is still pending. Today, I received a pickup scheduled message, nobody come yet despite delivery being completed at the same address.

@montecarlostyle is trapping refunds! Paid ₹2268 for Order #MC10774387, but refund was given in "Points" worth only ₹2027. To make it worse, points can't be used on sale items! This is a violation of Consumer Protection Rules. Fix this & refund my ₹2268 to my bank!

Extremely disappointed with Monte Carlo. Order (8 Feb) delivered late; return of 2 sweatshirts repeatedly refused by Shadowfex over “yellow tag/quality issue” despite image proof. 10–15 daily calls & email sent,no action. ₹3,000 refund stuck.
