If anything you could maybe try to make an argument that he was resisting arrest. And those are two different things [resisting arrest and fighting] as per my friend, the internet.

This woman was at the emergency room waiting to be seen, all of a sudden someone who was also waiting just collapses onto the floor. She is outraged that at least a minute went by, nobody even batted an eye. The other people waiting just sat there on their phones, the workers behind the desk didn’t even look up, nurses walked by and didn’t say a word. If you saw this happen in front of you and you were waiting to be seen, would not it make you think twice about being treated at a facility that just doesn’t care?
