@monwritescode Unfortunately the books I grew up with are outdated (10+ years ago). Some of my moots like the Boya Chinese and Developing Chinese books. The Pleco app is also great for a dictionary

@monwritescode you can just learn Korean. It abolished Chinese characters in daily use but all words are actually phonically chinese/eng so that makes it a very easy starter language for chinese learners.
