So I'm going to say this: Despite Singapore having a Muslim population, one can: - Walk their dogs - Eat pork in the same multicultural coffeeshop as them while they eat halal food - Set up a non-halal eatery - Eat during Ramadan if they are not Muslim - Not worry about stabbing crimes - Be a non Muslim (Christian, Buddhist, Athiest) And the Muslims here do not care as long as you are not doing it to their faces on purposes Because our Muslims are not the same Muslims that is found in the UK and Japan. They are tolerant and civilized. They don't complain about non-halal establishments in Singapore or make a fuss. Because there are halal places for them here too and they know it.
