@Vladislav_st12 @MrCharvik @TateTheTalisman @South_Euro My point had nothing to do with modern politics or race. Bohemia is different from the west and the east. It is not orthodox, nor 'modern liberal'. Highest GDP rise since iron curtain cause we take the best of all values. The center of Europe.

@Vladislav_st12 @TateTheTalisman @South_Euro Since the death of the house of Premysl the rulers were german, huge numbers craftman were imported from germany and there was cultural exchange in the whole region. Didn't say cultural replacement. Just that centuries of customs are bigger than a 50 year political divide

@mooncake_pog @TateTheTalisman @South_Euro "Cultural influence". It was just a union of free states. Bohemia and Moravia had own laws, own language, own development. You are trying to present it like it was some cultural replacement. Culture in terms of folklore, Folk culture and even the higher culture was Slavic.

@TateTheTalisman @South_Euro Do you really think that 50 years of communism has more impact than 1000 years of cultural influence by holy roman empire? That would be so sad

@South_Euro Don't give into the "Central European" mafia. Poles, Slovaks and Czechs are always talking this nonsense. There is an east and west division loosely following the old Iron curtain. There is no "central europe".

@BoyanSlat I stand corrected. I also found the newer source. Still, I can't even imagine one million tons of plastic. Thank you for what you do!

@BoyanSlat I think these numbers are old. I'm seeing numbers between 8 and 14 million tons. It's interesting tho that it's "only" less than 1%. And what does mismanaged mean? Where does it go?
