Terribly unfortunate. But, Restoring sight has to start and in the beginning the procedure will probably be very expensive and those that are unable to secure the funding to pay for the procedure, may not be able to have the procedure. Being disabled myself. I do not have enough resources to pay for break through medical technology. Because of lack of funds, I can put myself in his emotional state knowing there is a fix for my disability but the fix is out of reach for me.
