This is probably a hot take, but I'm going to be honest here and say that part of being considered having good comprehension and media literacy is being able to discern when scenes are humor (Slapstick, farce, parody, Dark humor, etc) and when a scene is being serious.

Something I will stand firm on about Disventure Camp is how weird and uncomfortable the Fiore mistreatment is. I don’t care if she is a cartoonishly evil child. Disventure Camp being as grounded as it is makes it even weirder to watch.

@endiebendie Anyone with a basic ability to understand a story is gonna pick up on the fact that Kris is not a boy or a girl. This is Toby’s story and as much as it sucks, even if he DID, that would stop nothing. It’s 99% confirmed. Just not in direct writing. Like most things aren’t.
