sorry guys, but my ed is not the main focus of my life rn, i’m prioritizing my mental healthy these past months tbh. yes, i’ve gained +10kgs bc of it but everything is so overwhelming & “not caring” abt my weight is one of my coping mechanisms to prevent getting worse mentally. +
