I filed Kentucky Open Records Act requests for records from the May 19 GOP Primary between Ed Gallrein & Thomas Massie.
The filings were sent to Boone, Kenton, and Campbell county clerks this morning for cast vote records, precinct splits, machine logs, and chain-of-custody documents from the
An FEC complaint over MAGA Kentucky's $25 million and the deepfake ad featuring MTG's TAKE IT DOWN Act invocation goes out this week.
These three legal routes exist for anyone questioning the result.
Kentucky Open Records Act requests can be filed by any KY resident or news-gathering organization to county clerks for cast vote records, precinct splits, machine logs, and chain-of-custody documents. Five-business-day response window under KRS 61.880.
A formal election contest under KRS 120.055 must be filed in Circuit Court within ten days of the primary — meaning by May 29 — but only a candidate who received at least 50% of the winner's vote total has standing.
An FEC complaint over the $25 million in outside spending and the deepfake ad featuring Marjorie Taylor Greene invoking the TAKE IT DOWN Act can be filed by any U.S. person under 52 U.S.C. § 30109. No deadline. Must be notarized.

@Ryanmatta is collecting signatures for resignations for gallerien and the democrat in Kentucky to give Thomas Massie another shot. I think we can add second signatures to a class action demanding an investigation into election anomalies. I don’t think this would cost much to organize and if @DanBilzerian got behind this in a big way it would boost his profile further. No input from Massie required.

I drove all around Massie’s district for 3 days and only saw two Ed signs in people’s yards. The rest were all at intersections where his campaign put them.
Massie, on the other hand, had multiple signs in yards on every street I went down.

I’ve filed supplemental ORA requests targeting absentee ballot universe in May 19 GOP Primary between Ed Gallrein & Thomas Massie.
This includes applications, mailings, returns, rejections, cure logs, signature verification standards, and chain-of-custody records for every drop-off location.
A parallel media inquiry to the Kentucky State Board of Elections has been filed for statewide absentee aggregates, incident reports from all 21 KY-4 counties, and post-election audit findings.
The questions worth answering: did the absentee surge reflect organic mobilization by $25M in outside ad spending, or something else? Cast vote records, rejection rates, and first-time absentee voter patterns will tell us. The data exists. We are pulling it.
