This is a trail to demonstrate the heedlessness of the company and the absence of their grievance adressal cell. relevant ministries are copied, hope this gets their attn.

And why you are not working properly in this area and asking to complaint everytime? Provide a service such that it doesn't require complaints. Fix it for longer time ASAP.
