What? I like history

the wolf leaned into liam's hand, the nickname almost grounding him. considering who said it. he looked up at the beta, staring for a moment before his hearing picked up on a crossbow. he quickly turned, on high alert. he only hoped the other heard it too.

. . . . โ what the fuck . โ unfortunately for the beta โโ he happened to be the next block over and HEARD the crash . anger broiling over him , speechless . seething . โ Liam !? โ

your beauty never ever scared me.

his attention moved back onto liam, his head just tilted at the words. golden ambers flicker between the beta and the openness where other people were. he stood, walking towards the other.

the staring contest went on for a few minutes, until a rabbit took theo's attention away. he'd win it next time.

he senses the other as theo turns to face the beta. oh look, a staring contest is now happening.

currently in wolf form. ignoring reality.

he hummed, nodding. he lifted a brow at the wolf. "well, pacing is not going to help anything." he muttered, pushing himself off the wall. "you can't wolf out in the middle of a game, liam." pointing out the obvious. "what usually helps?"

his arms crossed, watching the wolf. โhm. what happened?โ he questioned, lifting a brow. he was unsure if the other would answer, but it was good to talk about things sometimes. right?

leaning against a far wall of the locker room. โthat helping?โ

he flashed a smile once the wolf was settled before he started his truck. he drove in silence to the nearest diners. small town diners always had the best milkshakes. it was late enough that it was too packed. he parked, climbing out. โscott wonโt even know, promise.โ
