VCS is excited to announce that Coach Blake Silves has been named the new Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach. Over the past four years coaching at Valley, including two years as Varsity Girls Assistant Coach, Coach Silves has made a meaningful impact through his leadership as our Junior High Athletic Director and PE/Weights teacher, investing in students both on and off the court. His commitment to developing athletes and building strong relationships has been evident across our junior high programs. We are grateful that Coach Silves will continue in his current roles while stepping into this new opportunity to lead our Varsity Girls Basketball program. Join us in congratulating Coach Silves as he takes this next step. We look forward to the future of Valley Christian Girls Basketball under his leadership as he continues to equip culture changers in this new role. 🏀💙

This is what Cleveland baseball accomplished today: —Won the ABQ Metro Championships; —beat rival Rio Rancho 7-0 in the final —remained undefeated at 13-0 —got a no-hitter from righty Treven Polanco. All in all, two sensational hours.
