Hey @MORETHAN can you provide info on how i put an official complaint in please with regards to rejecting our pet claim even thou her other eye was absolutely fine when we took out policy yet you're classing it as pre existing. She's 5 and almost blind and you don't give a toss!

@MORETHAN I've spoke to someone already you're not interested because the first eye was diagnosed during the policy inception period, so the second eye which happened 5 months later is classed as pre existing, she's 5 years old and blind and you don't care! All about money!

If anyone is looking for pet insurance DO NOT use @MORETHAN absolutely disgusting that they won't cover my dogs cataracts because they class both eyes as the same & she had 1 bad eye when I took out the policy 7 months ago, now the other eye has gone & they've wriggled out of it

@Oakymoron @MORETHAN Sorry to jump on your post but we were insured with MoreThan for our dog. As your cat is now over 9 please check the policy wording. We weren’t covered for death due to illness beyond age 9 so we decided not to renew. Plus they were asking over £180pm!

So the renewal quote from Morethan for our cat came through at 50% higher than previous year. OK the cat is now over 9 years so may explain somewhat. However when I do a quote with Morethan as a new customer the price is much cheaper. I thought this has been banned? @MORETHAN

@MORETHAN so frustrating since you’ve changed underwriter ! Impossible to track what’s happening with claims . Impossible to get into policy . Not alone in feeling the service is very compromised by changing underwriter . Very disappointing indeed

@MORETHAN waiting for a response regarding my complaint about the way my pet insurance claim has been handled. Apparently your operators have no direct access to a manager or team leader! I’ve been lied to a number of times on the phone no one is acknowledging by issue.
