It's More Than Buses

Any one want to share experiences from using the HFXGO transit fare payment app? How is it going for you?

Disappointing to hear that there was little coordination between HT management and bus drivers. More concerning is the apparent breakdown in trust between transit leadership and bus drivers.

The app is out this morning! Some thoughts: Simple download — no complaints on the branding! Typical HT colors, nothing out of the ordinary.

2/ app was launched after 8am (reports 8.15 or 830am). So after most people left for morning rush. Again, this could be intentional to manage load on launch, maybe just an oversight. Would be nice if HT tells us this stuff.
