@pmoyniha Hi Patrick, that's something MORF can do for you. We use OrthoFinder, then give you a searchable table of your orthologs between a number of organisms, linked to annotated genomes morf-db.org

Is there anyone out there that can point me towards a simple way to take a list of genes (over 1000) from organism A and list the orthologs in organism B?

Only 1 week remaining to apply for this PhD project @Wallace_Lab @SBSatEd. We've never been able to offer a project quite like this one before - it'll involve microbes 🧫, some chemistry 🧪, scale-up 🏭, international travel✈️ and brilliant industrial collaborators. Check it out!
