I got lucky in my divorce, we aren’t coming after each others finances. HOWEVER, I was not aware Circuit Court serves your spouse with your financial statement. This man has NEVER known my annual income. His flabbers were gasted when he realized we both wore “the pants.” I’d secretly paid off all my credit card debt because I knew I was leaving him. His debts are his own; I’m keeping my stuff, he’s keeping his. And I’ll never remarry and give a man legal access to 50% of my 2 pennies again!

There are people that you know can't be trusted to maintain confidentiality. While this can be frustrating, you can use that to spread whatever disinformation you want. Gotta look for the silver lining in every situation.
