@PlayStationAU disappointing that the PS5 I bought for my son at launch (Dec 2020) can no longer play PS5 games. The system overheats and crashes, but you won’t cover the repair. The product is not fit for purpose. $400 fee to repair it! @acccgovau - this is outrageous.
