Started my weight loss project 12 months ago at 124kg. Today i am 97kg. Been a gradual changing of lifestyle and addressing historic poor eating habits. Next goal is to get to 94kg (30kg loss). Just keep working at👍 Ok off to drive to Ballarat to watch some footy🔴⚫️

Nice little milestone today. First day my weight recorded under 100kg for 13 years. 25 kilos now gone. Still a way to go but I feel so much better in my joints and overall general health.

Tom Morris noted today that he still thinks a Zach Merrett trade will get done in the last minute but will need to be a huge deal. Tough part with 3-4 days left is getting possible other players involved in the trade as EFC will want to do full medicals before a commitment.

Bombers are winning intercepts, inside50's, tackles(inc tackles inside 50) the last few weeks but the team ground connection and accuracy on set shots just not great. I never felt effort however was down and attitude i think is important still for fans to see
