Varsity Golf is moving on! ⛳️ The team clinches 3rd at the Geneseo Regional and advances to Monday’s Sectional in Rockford!

Varsity placed 2nd today at the Mendota Ryder Cup with a team score of 224! Team Scalf/Schultz placed 5th overall with a 72.

Congrats to the Varsity golf team who placed 1st at the Dwight Scramble with a team score of 201! Twosomes of Barth/Johnson placed 2nd individually with a 66, Schultz/Scalf placed 3rd with a 67, and Wickkiser/Ranallo placed 4th with a 68!

Congrats to Braden Wickkiser and Connor Barth for getting Honorable Mention for the I8 Conference season!

Congratulations to the Varsity Golf Team for setting a new school record with score of 152 earlier this week at Dwight Country Club! Wyatt Schultz led the way with a 34. Braden Wickkiser and Connor Barth each carded 38s, and Tyler Ranallo rounded out the scoring with a 42.

Morris Golf wins the Sandwich Invite this afternoon with a team score of 120 (Stable ford scoring). Three individuals placed in the top 10. Connor Barth placed 9th, Braden Wickkiser placed 7th, Wyatt Schultz placed 4th.

Varsity falls 2 strokes short of advancing as a team to Sectionals. We did have three golfers qualify for the Champaign Centennial Sectionals on Monday! Congrats to Liam Eber, Braden Wickkiser, and Brody Brandt on your advancement!

Varsity finished 2nd at the Dwight Invite this afternoon! Two pairs placed in the top 5 of groups! The team of Brandt/Wickkiser placed 2nd overall with a 67. While the team of Eber/Scalf placed 4th overall with a 68.

Tonight we celebrated our 4 seniors in their last home match. I can’t express how proud I am of this group of seniors and how much they have progressed over the last four years! Thank you parents for all that you do and I wish this group the best of luck in the future!

Varsity took 4th today at the LP Invite with a team score of 345. Eber was the top Morris golfer with an 83.

JV drops matches against Lockport (163) and Sandburg (182) at Broken Arrow. JV squad was led by Tyler Ranallo (54), Luke Sheets (55), Tristan Olvera (56) and David Likar (59) JV will be back in action on Saturday at the Lockport Invite.

Varsity drops two matches tonight to Lockport (155) and Sandburg (167). Connor Barth led all Morris golfers with a 40, followed by Kohen Gross’ 41, and 44s from Braden Wickkiser and Brody Brandt. Back in action tomorrow at the LP Invite.

JV picked up a conference win at LP (182-217). Johnson was the JV medalist with a 43. Ranallo (44), Sheets (47), and Harris (48) scored for Morris.

Varsity defeated LP this afternoon 161-166. Barth and Wickkiser were match medalists with 39s. Scalf shot a 41 and Eber finished with a 42 to round out the scoring.

Varsity competed in the Plainfield North Invite this afternoon and shot a 332 which was good enough to place 8th out of 17 teams.

Varsity placed 9th at the 2-man HF Invite this morning at The Creek. The duo of Eber/Johnson shot a 71, Harris/Wickkiser shot a 75, Scalf/Bertino shot a 76, and Barth/Brandt shot a 77.
