If I was running @Strategy capital allocation today, I'd do the following ->
• Cash to ~$6.7B as Bitcoin moves; $70k, $80k, $90k +
• Leave the converts "as is." Don't retire them early.
• Target Net Debt ≈ 0, improves credit worthiness.
• Use $STRC to maintain ~40% amplification.
• Let $MSTR mNAV appreciate naturally toward 1.25× → 1.50× → 1.75× → 2.00×.
• Don't expand any ATM until the common stock is materially stronger (for example, around $400/share) or mNAV is meaningfully higher.
The objective is simple:
Use preferred capital to compound Bitcoin.
Preserve common equity for when it is most valuable.

Everyone is watching mNAV. Almost nobody is watching amplification on @Strategy. The image tells the rest of the story. A fixed capital stack doesn't stay fixed in economic terms. If Bitcoin doubles, amplification is cut in half, assuming pref and debt are static. At $130k BTC, maintaining a 40% amplification target would require approximately $21.7B of additional preferred capital, which is about $4B more than the remaining $STRC ATM ($17B) available today. Since 40% amplification appears sustainable in a bear market, maintaining 40% as Bitcoin rises could add substantial BTC without issuing MSTR common. The residual upside would accrue primarily to $MSTR.
