@BoxerStores I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase from @BoxerStores Pinetown. I bought a cake, and at first glance it seemed fine, but when I got home I noticed how poorly it was packaged.
The tray used to pack the cake was extremely unclean. The back of the tray looked dirty, almost as if it had been taken from the trash. To make matters worse, there were pen markings on it like someone had been using it for notes, checklists, or calculations before using it for food packaging.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for something meant for consumption. Basic hygiene standards should be followed at all times. I expected much better, and this experience has really put me off buying baked goods from here again.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food handling and packaging practices.
