Let me be clear. Europe is now paying for this war. We are buying American weapons to deliver to Ukraine. US supplemental package ran out last year. We are paying, this is our security and therefore we deserve a seat at the negotiating table. @MunSecConf

During my meeting with President of Czechia Petr Pavel @prezidentpavel, we discussed military support for Ukraine. I thanked him for the Czech initiative to supply ammunition to our country and for its continuation. We expect ammunition deliveries to proceed without any delays. We also spoke about cooperation in joint defense programs, including Czechia’s possible participation in the PURL initiative and the prospects of implementing joint projects under the SAFE instrument. Thank you for the meeting and for all the support provided to Ukraine.

Ukraine’s 1919 borders were actually larger than the current internationally recognized borders. Since Putin is hell-bent on restoring historic borders, why not revert to the century old borders?

Russland muss auf ukrainischem Boden besiegt & komplett aus der Ukraine gedrängt werden. Dazu muss Europa die Ukraine stärker unterstützen mit Flugabwehr, v.a. aber mit weitreichenden Systemen wie u.a. Taurus. Die Ukraine würde die EU stärker machen - es ist in unserem Interesse, dass die Ukraine bald EU-Mitglied wird!

Prezident Volodymyr Zelenskyj během našeho jednání mimo jiné vyjádřil upřímné poděkování za vlnu solidarity, kterou Češi v poslední době prokázali prostřednictvím veřejných sbírek. A ještě jednou děkuji i já, že vám osud Ukrajiny není lhostejný.
