@gucci very disappointed that you guys do not stand by your product. After spending $$$'s for one of your bags it now have a damaged strap. @gucci has had my bag for over 6 weeks just to tell me that I have to pay to have my strap repaired!

Never again will I play @GolfClubDallas all they do is take your money no matter how crowded it is. That's two times in a row. Course jammed packed but they won't tell you. Just deal with it, 5 hour rounds, ridiculous
