@HMRCcustomers I am trying to check my identity online on your website to notify you that I am leaving the UK. It says one or more of my details are incorrect, but they are not. I know my name and DOB and have an official paper with my NI number in front of me. Who can I talk to?

@HMRCcustomers No, I only created an account recently in order to fill in the form for the refund. But I can't fill it in because my name, DOB, and / or NI number are apparently not consistent with what you have on record.
