There is a tumour on my bowel, they are fairly certain it is cancerous and has spread to my abdomen, other organs and bones. Until the biopsy results are back I really don't know what the prognosis and treatment is.

I was going to hold off telling ye all until the biopsy results were back, but ye are practically family. Last week I had some bowel issues, the wife insisted I go to A&E on Friday morning. Some poking, probing and scans have led to a rather shocking diagnosis. 1/2
