@moth2moth This would be good but I think you’d want one of those gas station heaters to sear the potato. It’ll keep them warm and I think a crispy skin with a soft inside would go hard. I spent serious mental energy thinking about this.

What if I sold boiled potatoes on the street? I’d call them “hand potatoes.” They wouldn’t have anything inside, but you could eat them while walking with no mess. Just a hand street potato. Plain and nourishing.
