a large majority of 2021-22 collections went to bots during public/wl and most of them cooked, people just dont care about the projects that release nowadays for their to be enough secondary volume to keep the floor up.

My take on OpenSea delaying their TGE:
I have a decent amount of historical volume and participated in the first few farming waves.
Obviously, I'd prefer $SEA to TGE under good market conditions and at a high FDV.
The question is whether delaying the TGE actually helps achieve that.
Historically, the answer seems to be no, market conditions might improve, but project-specific sentiment often doesn't.
That said, I understand the logic.
You only get one shot at your TGE, so you want everything to be as close to perfect as possible.
The real issue isn't the delay now, it's that the TGE didn’t happen in late 2025.
Opensea first announced $SEA in August if I'm not mistaken.
BTC was at all-time highs, perfect market conditions, and instead of launching, OpenSea chose to run multiple farming seasons to capture market share.
Which makes sense from a business perspective, but the ideal TGE window is always short and easy to miss

I bit my cheek and kept biting it during my sleep, so at 2am I found a mouth guard i hadn’t used in years (i grind my teeth)
I didn’t talk about it, google it, chatgpt it, nothing
The only thing I did was doomscroll for 10 minutes before going back to sleep
This morning, my Instagram is being bombarded by “how to clean your mouth guard/invisiline” ads
The only way they could know I randomly started using a mouthguard is if they are actively scanning and analyzing my camera while using (and maybe not using) their app
The same way apps have to ask for permission to track your activity, they should have to ask permission to watch you through your camera or listen to you through your microphone
