Landing a job isn’t about applying to 100+ jobs. Per research, each job listing gets at least 200 applicants and out of 10 listings 3 are fake In 2026, you must work smarter not harder; Try these 10 strategies. They work! 1. Build a strong LinkedIn profile that stands out. Use a clear, professional photo. Write a short headline with your top skill + target role. Post one short update every week about your industry. Example headline: “Backend Developer | Python & AWS | Building scalable apps that cut costs 30%” Example summary (first 3 lines): “Hi, I’m Abdulsamad, a backend developer with 4 years turning complex problems into fast, reliable systems. At my last role I led a migration that saved $120K yearly. Passionate about clean code and team wins. Open to backend roles at growing tech companies.” 2. Reach out to people before you apply. Send a simple, short message to someone at your target companies. Ask for a quick 10 minute chat. Many jobs never get posted. Example message: “Hi Sarah, I saw you’re a Product Manager at [Company], congrats on the recent funding round! I’m targeting product roles there and loved your post about user growth. Would you have 10 minutes next week for a quick chat? I’d love to know one thing that surprised you about the team since you joined. If you’re too busy for a call, I’m happy to hear your thoughts over text instead! No pressure either way, and thanks for considering.” Do this on LinkedIn, Or even Twitter. You can ask any professional questions, doesn’t have to be this example. 3. Customize your resume for every job in under 10 minutes. Copy exact phrases from the job description. Use a free AI tool to rewrite bullets fast so you beat the filters. Recommended free tools: • [Teal HQ](tealhq.com) – great for tracking + AI tailoring (free plan) • [Reztune AI Tailoring](reztune.com/ai-resume-tail…) – paste job + resume, get instant match Example bullet before: “Managed social media” Example after (tailored): “Grew Instagram following 45% in 6 months by creating data-driven campaigns that matched [Company]’s target audience keywords.” 4. Create a simple online portfolio. Show your best work with short results notes. Recruiters check these before reading your full resume. Free options: • [Carrd.co](carrd.co) – one-page site in minutes • [GitHub Pages](pages.github.com) – perfect if you code Notion also works (notion.com) • Comment “notion” for a free template You can also just use canva, Google drive, Miro, etc Example project note: “Sales Dashboard Project – Built interactive dashboard in Python that cut reporting time from 4 hours to 15 minutes. Increased team efficiency 40%. Live demo + code: [link]” 5. Learn one new skill that companies need right now. Pick something short (4–8 weeks) and add the certificate to your LinkedIn and resume. Free/affordable options: [Coursera](coursera.org) – try “Google Data Analytics” or “IBM AI Engineering” (many have financial aid). Tip: Choose based on your 5–10 target companies’ job postings. 6. Ask for referrals from your network. Tell friends or contacts exactly what you’re targeting. A referral skips the computer filter. Example message: “Hey Jordan, I’m focusing on backend engineering roles at 8 companies including [Company A] and [Company B]. If you know anyone in engineering there, I’d love a quick intro. Happy to return the favor anytime!”

Here’s a short, guide to use Claude for job hunting (works like magic): 1. Upload your CV → Ask: “Rewrite this CV for a [specific role] at [company/industry]. Make it ATS-friendly, highlight achievements with metrics, and keep it 1 page.” 2. Tailor applications instantly → Paste a job description + your CV and say: “Write a killer cover letter and 3 customized bullet points that match this JD perfectly.” 3. Find hidden opportunities → Tell Claude: “Give me 10 targeted search queries for LinkedIn, Indeed & Jobberman for [your role + location + salary range]. Also suggest 5 companies hiring right now in Nigeria.” 4. Ace interviews → Paste the JD and say: “Role-play as the hiring manager. Ask me 8 tough questions + give me model answers with STAR method.” 5. Follow up & network → Ask: “Write a professional cold DM to a recruiter at [company] about this role.” Pro tip: Always start your prompt with “Act as a senior recruiter with 10+ years experience in Nigeria.” Copy and paste these prompts daily and watch your inbox explode Are you trying this today? Reply “CLaude Job” if you want the exact prompt template I use.

Tahu istilah “growth mindset”?

Contoh: 1. Jika kamu ingin membangun kebiasaan membaca, mulailah dari 1 halaman per hari. 2. Jika kamu ingin mulai olahraga, cukup lakukan 2 menit peregangan. 4.

Aku tuh suka bgt dgn tokoh perempuan yg melanggar aturan masyarakat yg kadang memojokkan keberadaan perempuan, seolah mrk bukan makhluk hidup tapi barang.

I just completed a full SQL Database Management System design project for Smart City Parking. This is the first project I'm working on since I started learning SQL  2 months ago. This project changed how I think about data completely. Smart City Parking also called CityPark were managing their parking system with paper records, which meant: ➔ No visibility into available spaces ➔ No accurate tracking of parking duration ➔ Manual fee calculations (and frequent errors) ➔ No way to understand customer behavior So I built a Smart City Parking Database Management System using SQL. This project pushed me beyond just writing queries. I had to think like a data analyst solving a real business problem. If you’d like to explore the full project (ERD, SQL scripts, and documentation), I’ve shared everything on my GitHub. Link: github.com/thedigitor/Sma… Found this helpful?  Save and share it to help other aspiring data analyst who needs it. I'll see you in the next one. ☛ You're welcome! . .
