Zoned as commercial/agricultural = property taxes dirt cheap. Receive a Cattle credit by just plopping a few cows onto the land. It’s not in the middle of nowhere either… 15 minutes away from a sleepy billionaire hotspot that is developing. Benefit is that all the surrounding agricultural property are owned by the wealthy who want to keep it agricultural. Also, It’s cool to see my neighbor riding her horse down the road to walk her dog in the mornings.

At the same time, someone bought about 1.5B worth of S&P500 futures. 15 minutes later Trump posts about Iran. S&P rips 2.5% and oil drops 6%. And we’re supposed to believe that’s just coincidence?
