Counter-Strike rugged its entire community. They put out a pretty savage update that lets you bundle items to trade up, and now people are using ~$5 worth of items to draw what once was $1000+ knives. They just rinsed everyone in the market who had anything of any value.

@_MulticentralCS like if you lose a fight in any bf infantry, let alone bf4 infantry on locker, you're going to lose for plenty other reasons (no awareness, bad positioning, not good flanks, no teamplay, bad aim, bad hitreg bc bf hitreg sucks) over anything else.

@_MulticentralCS it's in general stupid to think the reason why someone would be better at an fps than someone else is just because of their movement, it's a very shallow take that indicates they don't know the actual skillsets to be good at a game (gamesense for scenarios, then mechanics on top)

Interesting takes from the scholars themselves. Both of the games listed benefit from similar movements like air strafing, bunny hopping and crouch sliding (tap strafing which is in titanfall) etc just like exactly in BF4. The titanfall devs didn’t “intentionally” make tap strafing but it is a core advantage mechanic of the game. I’m starting to think this might be a IQ diff at this point.

It's funny how easy to tell that the average twitter video gamer is genuinely unintelligent the way that they will say that sandbox games like battlefield and even skate shouldn't have unintended movement when the whole point of it being in there is so you play however you want.

@Isaaaacgh final note, Considering BC2's charm is how it didn't have things like modern community balance, it's hard to listen to a community explain why they prefer their favorite games, and it's been proven with how DICE just cannot understand why people even liked BC2 originally.
