I know many of you are Force! Force! Force! Secret: AVG V w/ your VBT is not offering much force insight. In fact, these 2 reps reported AVG V of 0.74 & 0.73. However, look at the @movefactorx Force Sequence, clearly delineates a difference of force production between the reps. If you were evaluating the athlete based on AVG V (or Peak V, or MPV) you would be completely missing key elements to properly evaluate, program, and monitor. Been playing with VBT on squats and it’s wild how much it shows beyond just “more weight.” Nov → Feb: +19.6% peak power, +20.4% depth, +13.3% force absorption. Real-time feedback = better intent, better reps, better progress.

In sports u only get about 200 milliseconds to show power. Thats why we measure PoP-200 w/ trap bar jumps..tells us how quickly an athlete can produce force the difference between jumping higher, sprinting faster or winning a first step. Strength matters but speed of force wins!
