William Shatner is 95 today! How could I not post something from Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (1982)? The Enterprise crew came roaring back and delivered one of the all-time great sequels, basically a submarine thriller in space. Shatner is brilliant here.

Just saw this and was about to post something amusingly ironic along the lines of : I'm sure Trump will be magnanimous in his response to a former foe. Then I saw his response and even my jaw hit the floor. Bush: "He helped prevent another terrorist attack on US soil." Obama: "One of the finest directors in the history of the FBI" Trump: "I'm glad he's dead." The current President of The United States is not a normal human being. He's a vicious, crude, unhinged cunt of a man.

Peaky Blinders lost something of the last season and this latest “bookend” movie. In trying to be cinematic it lost something. Not bad by any stretch but I feel lots of creative decisions were made through circumstance of its stars rather than original plans for the characters.

Honestly thinking to myself “both Bush presidencies weren’t that bad” shows you the absolute state of this shit show!!!! 😳

Best cinema experience I’ve had so far this year. Will definitely be going to see again in IMAX!
