1.Today the delivery agent failed the pickup during quality check stating there is no logo on the product. I confirm that there is actually no visible Louis Philippe branding/logo on the shirt, which is the issue itself.

1)No pickup attempt was made—no call or visit. Still showing “Pickup Declined” & “Quality Check Failed,” which is incorrect. Return & refund were also cancelled without any pickup. Product was never picked up, so QC is not possible.
