“Typical example: I was one of the people invited by General Shadrack Sibiya when he got promoted — to come and celebrate with him. I declined because we're not friends and I thought, why must I go and celebrate his promotion? We're not friends; I'm not going there.” General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi
“I must be honest: he was a very flashy guy when he worked for the Hawks before. I was in the task force; I would be there when they came to attend those crime scenes and he would come there as a very fancy person with fancy suits, like those people that go to these modern churches.” General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi

Imagine discovering you’re about to be investigated by a special task team while already on the stand 😂😂. This day shows no mercy for the Major General.

He either didn't read the documents, only glanced at a paragraph, or didn't open them at all. I guess Major General hates reading. #MadlangaCommission

Bheki Cele lays it bare: Inmates enter illiterate and leave with "PhDs," while the victims' children are kicked out of school, their homes repossessed, forced into poverty & called "Amaphara."
Meanwhile, the system tracks every perpetrator for care, but there's NO follow-up for victims. Even the children of fallen police officers are abandoned to a R350 grant. This isn't just a broken system, it's a betrayal. This truth must be the catalyst for radical change. #AdHocCommitee

A Provincial Commissioner will not risk his job, credibility and life by calling a Press conference to talk about allegations of corruption within government, the SAPS, members of parliament and the mafia-like operations that are taking place at the expense of South Africans just for show. Those who are more concerned about the protocols to follow to utter such concerns, those who are concerned about the optics of going public, those who are calling for the suspension of General Mkhwanazi instead of the information made public, that is who we need to be concerned about. No man or woman in their right mind would risk their lives going public like that. The lid of the Real South Africa has been lifted.
