Skeem Saam tried to educate us about this. People on this app wanted to skin me alive when I told them Skeem Saam is right about coercion is rape. Even if the girl went to your house and changed her mind. That is rape.
🧊𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙤🧊@siiinalo

i think schools should educate kids more on rape coz a lot of adults think rape is forceful and violent and that's not the case, people don't even know what coercion is.

My passport, will expire in July. I've had to go to the SA embassy here in China to apply for a new one. Generally, it is advised to apply for the renewal at least 8 MONTHS in advance. Not knowing this has led me to pay quite a hefty amount to ensure that the process is expedited from back home. When my passport returns, I'm supposed to go to the Chinese Migration office to have a new visa stamped on it. Then I need to go to the police station to redeclare my residential address. There are few other steps that I have to fulfill to ensure that my new passport reflects on every system I use here in China. One thing I've noticed, even from other foreigners from other African countries who are here, they carry this panic feeling whenever they have to renew their visas... It's a stressful and rigorous process. I've met quite a number of them who are here on study Visas. If they miss a couple of classes, they are in trouble. Because what else are you doing besides being a student? THIS is a result of an EFFECIENT immigration control system. If you are found to have overstayed your welcome, you are deported with no discussions, no protests, no negotiations or greasing of the palms... You HAVE to go! Meanwhile in my home country...

Zoleka is slowly going to lose her marriage with Lazarus if she’s going to consistently lie to him. She clearly doesn’t understand the concept of trust in a marriage. #InimbaMzansi

What Denise Zimba is experiencing just shows that the person you marry is not always the same person you end up divorcing. Separating small children from their mother is painful to witness. Kodwa loya bhuti uyahlanya shem.

Watching foreigners work illegally in a South Africa with the highest unemployment rate in the world is like watching the neighbour's kids eat in our home while our own kids starve. I don't understand how any of you expect people to understand and be ok with this situation.

Being an "African" is not an "excuse" to not respect laws in other African countries. Just because you are "black" doesn't mean you're immune to abiding by the law in countries for black people. Lastly, being held accountable for your actions and wrongdoings is not "racism".

I don’t understand how my mother can get scammed half a million rands through her @AbsaSouthAfrica accounts and at no point can the bank flag that there is fraud happening. Mind you, she doesn’t transact with such big amounts at any given point.

Crossing a border illegally, avoiding immigration processes, and living undocumented is not bravery or survival it’s criminality. Stop trying to guilt South Africans into tolerating what no serious country would allow.

The extent of South Africa’s unemployment crisis requires us all to fight for both, all at once. Even at its full capacity, the formal sector will need 50 years to solve the unemployment crisis. So we need every job: spaza shop, retail manager, farmworker and farmer alike.
Jama@sisiphodibz

I can’t bring myself to fight for young people to own spaza shops and work on farms at this time. I’m more concerned about the wealth that is concentrated at the top by a minority that does not operate as a patriotic bourgeoisie. I can’t bring myself to fight for crumbs.
